These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website securityandtracking.com and the security installation services provided by Security and Tracking ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Overview
Security and Tracking provides the supply and professional installation of:
- Security cameras (CCTV) systems
- Electric fence bar systems
- GPS car tracking devices
Our services are available across Pakistan. All packages include equipment supply, delivery, installation, configuration and app setup unless stated otherwise.
2. Quotations and Pricing
- All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
- Quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
- Prices include complete installation unless explicitly mentioned
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on site survey, distance, complexity or additional requirements
- Final pricing is confirmed after site assessment or detailed discussion
3. Installation and Delivery
- Installation dates are scheduled by mutual agreement
- The customer must provide safe and reasonable access to the installation site
- We aim to complete most installations within one working day
- Any structural modifications (drilling, wiring channels, etc.) required for installation are included unless otherwise noted
- We are not responsible for pre-existing structural issues at the installation site
4. Payment Terms
- Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of order confirmation
- We may require an advance payment or deposit before scheduling installation
- Full payment is due upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed
- Payment can be made via bank transfer, cash, or other agreed methods
5. Warranty
- All installations come with a 1-year warranty on equipment and workmanship
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects and installation faults
- Warranty does not cover: physical damage, water damage (unless the product is rated waterproof), power surges, tampering, misuse, or unauthorised modifications
- Warranty claims must be reported via WhatsApp or phone within the warranty period
- We will repair or replace faulty equipment at no additional cost within the warranty period
6. Car Tracker Services
- GPS car trackers require an active SIM card and data plan for operation
- Monthly or annual tracking subscription fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer
- We install trackers only on vehicles that the customer legally owns or has authorisation to track
- We are not liable for any misuse of tracking devices
7. Electric Fence Safety
- Electric fence systems are installed in compliance with standard safety practices
- The customer is responsible for informing household members and visitors about the fence
- Warning signs are provided and must be displayed as part of the installation
- We are not liable for injuries resulting from unauthorised contact with the fence after proper installation and warning signage
8. Cancellation and Refunds
- Orders may be cancelled before installation at no charge
- Once installation is completed, services are non-refundable
- If equipment is found defective at the time of installation, we will replace it immediately
- Advance payments for cancelled orders will be refunded within 7 business days
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service
- We are not responsible for losses due to power failures, internet outages, or network issues affecting camera or tracker functionality
10. Website Use
- The content on this website is provided for general information purposes only
- Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from actual equipment
- We reserve the right to modify website content, pricing and service offerings at any time without prior notice
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — is the property of Security and Tracking and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our written permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
